I am here to support you along your journey, helping to clarify the next steps in achieving your goals and how to progress towards them. I believe true transformation is a result of commitment, honesty and taking the path less travelled.

Asking for help is the first step; it can be one of the hardest things to do and yet the most important. I am here to listen, hold space and guide you, providing honest feedback and support to achieve your own unique transformation.
My approach is strongly linked to acceptance and accountability. I help my clients identify their goals and priorities and empower them to live life on their own terms. The question is are you ready to begin that journey?
Coaching is not mentoring, counselling or hiring a consultant. A coach is your partner, working with you side by side to help you find your inner resilience and resourcefulness to produce the results you want. A client’s goals and needs are as unique as their fingerprint. My role is to support the transition and progress from where you are today to where you want to be in the future.

As your coach I will help you to commit, learn, develop and give your best on your own terms. Breakthroughs and transformation are possible and push us towards greater emotional freedom and self-mastery. I will work with you to achieve this. Embracing change and newness will be the key that unlocks the future you are seeking. The sooner you discover your purpose the more time you have to live a full and satisfying life.
About Me

I am a Certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, recognized by the Association for Professional Coaching. Along with Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) I use Hypnosis and Timeline Coaching.

Jargon aside, I am an empathic coach; my first thoughts are centred on understanding how people are feeling and how I can help. I am committed to helping you, in the way you need, to achieve your goals.
​
Understanding is crucial for successful working partnerships. We are all different and naturally navigate toward like-minded people who we resonate with and share values. Meaningful connections build a solid foundation for any productive partnership.

I understand where you are now as I have walked that path. I was lost after over 25 years in my corporate career. I did not know what I was seeking at the time, only what I had was not enough and lacked fulfilment. My job gave me some satisfaction but I wanted something more, something difficult to describe. I needed help and sought a coach that could help me navigate through the emotions I was feeling.

I had a choice to stay in my comfort zone or make changes in my life. I believe no amount of success matters if it doesn’t align with your values, so as honesty and integrity are values that guide me, I chose growth. I have made sacrifices to do so, ones that I would make again as I now have the freedom I have always sought, and it is invigorating. I have found my authentic self.
Thanks Alison for being there with me, reminding of my purpose (or "why") in life that simply and easily shed light to the confusion I had.
